Nonhuman Primates

Koch’s Old Tuberculin (TUBERCULIN OT) is produced from human isolates and is used for the intradermal testing of nonhuman primates for the presence of tuberculosis. Synbiotics currently distributes the only product for TB testing of non-human primates approved by the USDA/CDC/NIH. Within the United States, distribution is limited to locations or customers which have been approved by their State Veterinarian. (Synbiotics can assist you in this process.) In addition to our tuberculin test, Synbiotics offers FUNGASSAY® for detection of dermatophytes and
OVASSAY® Plus/OVATEC®
Plus System a flotation method for assessment of gastrointestinal parasitic ova.
