Synbiotics Corporation is a publicly owned C-Corporation organized in the US state of California.  Our headquarters are located at 12200 N. Ambassador Drive, Suite 101; Kansas City, Missouri, 64163-1244 USA.  The company has a wholly owned affiliate, Synbiotics Europe SAS a limited company organized under the laws of France with offices located at 2, rue Alexander Fleming; Lyon 69367 FRANCE.

The company develops and manufactures its products at both our production facilities in San Diego, California and Lyon, France.  We sell and invoice from sales offices at both our Kansas City, Missouri and Lyon, France sites.

The companies are served by a common individual as President.  One global Vice President of Sales & Marketing is responsible for this function at both companies.  Finance and Technical Operations functions are lead by individuals within each company.  Global Research & Development and Quality Assurance is the responsibility of our Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer.
